In spring 2021, I led a project to research experiences of inductions at SFHA and consider options for improvements which could boost staff satisfaction, productivity and retention.

Outcomes of the first stage was a new step by step induction process implemented by the HR manager and presented to new staff through a new welcome booklet. Further recommendations were made and will be developed by the HR team.
